Orders are packed and dispatched from Shaikh Mohd Saeed LLC.

Processing time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Public holidays are not counted as business days.

2. Order Changes, Cancellations & Address Issues
Change or cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing Customer Care.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after the 1-hour window or once a shipping label has been generated.
If you supply an incorrect address and the parcel ships, the order is non-refundable and non-replaceable.
3. Lost or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked "Delivered," responsibility for securing it transfers to the customer.
If you cannot locate the parcel, please contact the carrier, file any necessary report if applicable, and follow their claims process. Shaikh Mohd Saeed LLC is not liable for packages after delivery confirmation.
4. Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or high seasonal order volumes.
It is not uncommon for tracking numbers to remain unupdated for up to 48 hours after the carrier receives the package. We appreciate your patience and understanding should such delays arise.
5. Additional Terms
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the carrier scans the parcel as picked up.
